Southwest Psychology is a virtually-based psychology practice in London, Ontario; serving the area of South Western Ontario. My goal and approach is to create greater access to ongoing psychological supports. My mission is to help clients reduce their distress, find meaning and learn the skills necessary to cope with life's challenges. I also provide a safe place to process difficult life experiences and find new meaning and hope in life and relationships moving forward.

I am a clinical psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and am an independent practitioner licensed to assess and treat psychological disorders. I also am passionate about learning and training and provide clinical training and supervision to advanced psychology students. I am specialized in the area of traumatic stress, grief and loss, complex mental health issues and the implications of mental health and wellbeing on relationships.
Meet your Psychologist
Dr. Nicole Elliott, C.Psych (she/her pronouns)
Dr. Elliott received her Ph.D in clinical and counselling psychology from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto. She completed her pre-doctoral residency at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, Ontario. She has extensive training in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapies, Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Dr. Elliott provides individual and couples therapy for adults with anxiety, mood, sexuality, trauma, personality, grief and loss as well as interpersonal/relationship issues. She provides a safe and supportive environment that includes a collaborative approach. Dr. Elliott is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
